The Line X Art Stars

Date: Wednesday 14th August
Time: 10am – 3:30pm
Location: The Miller’s House, Three Mill Ln, London E3 3DU
For: Ages 8-12
Cost: Free of charge
Join The Line & Rosetta Arts for a fun-filled walk & creative workshop along the river! Your child will explore public art, create masterpieces, and spark their imagination.

Future of Fashion – Research Project

Dates: Block 1: Thursdays 05/09, 12/09 & 19/09  Block 2: Thursdays 10/10, 17/10 & 24/10
Time: 5pm – 7pm
For: Ages 12-16

Rosetta Arts invites young people aged 12-16 to participate in our three-part workshop series, “Future of Fashion – Research Project”. This program will explore sustainable fashion, textile creation, and innovative design solutions.

Led by experienced designer and researcher Aniela Fidler-Wieruszewska, participants will develop their creative skills while contributing to a meaningful project.

South Asian Heritage Month Community Call Out

Rosetta Arts will celebrate Newham’s rich South Asian culture by hosting a festival on August 22nd ! If you have any skills you’d like to share with the community at this event, please get in touch.

In addition to our callout for Artists and Organisations that would want to share or showcase their Heritage Skills, we are also looking for people that are interested in volunteering, helping shape the event, and have ideas to make this celebration vibrant. Creative Industries Festival @ UEL

Date: Friday 6th September
Time: 2-3:30pm
Location: Maker Space, Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability, University Way, London, E16 2RD
Cost: Free of charge

Join us at the University of East London during our free taster session. Unwind by creating nature-inspired mosaics, incorporating mindful techniques to enhance your wellbeing.
This workshop showcases our work as part of our Arts & Health remit, and is part of our ‘Urban Gardening’ programme.

Courses in September

We’re thrilled to announce two exciting new courses starting this September, led by the highly qualified and experienced tutor Yvette Rawson:

  • Mosaic Classes: Wednesdays, 1pm – 4pm (September 4th – November 6th)
  • Watercolour Painting Course: Wednesdays, 10am – 12pm (September 4th – November 6th)

These friendly and inspiring classes offer the perfect opportunity to learn new skills and techniques in a supportive environment.
