ART STARS! is funded by I Design My Future and the Mayor of London.
Could your child be a creative star? Whether they are shy with a paintbrush or you just can’t stop them scribbling, our ART STARS! Saturday School offers a welcoming and inspiring place to develop their artistic skills across different mediums.
We promise to challenge your child’s creative thinking, refine their practice and improve focus, concentration and self-confidence.
For £50 for the entire term, your child will:
- be taught drawing and painting techniques by professional artists
- attend weekly instructional classes, handouts and group sessions with tutors
- have their work displayed in an exhibition.
Rosetta Arts has supported children and young people with opportunities to develop their talent for 26 years.

Ideal for
8-12 year olds that love to draw and paint and want to learn new skills from a real artist.

Course fees must be paid in full before the first session starts. However, if you are struggling and cannot pay the fee, please consider applying for our Leaner’s Support Fund. If you’d like to speak to a member of staff about this please email admin@rosettaarts.org.

Children & Young People
Moving beyond classroom instruction, we offer an integrated visual arts experience. Our engaging, cross-cultural programmes are designed to expand access to quality visual arts education.
Drawing & Painting
Learn how perspective, shapes and shadows will translate your ideas into compositions. Master the use of dry materials such as graphite, charcoal, pencil, pastels, chalk and ink and experiment with wet painting techniques and methods using watercolours, acrylics and oils.
Photography
Get to know your camera. Explore the art of photography through techniques and technology. We offer three levels of courses to progress and develop your skills and confidence.
Pottery
Immerse yourself in the possibilities of ceramics. Get your hands dirty throwing clay at the wheel and make a perfectly formed pinch pot with surface glaze.
