PLEASE NOTE THIS HAS NOW BEEN DELAYED UNTIL MAY

Join us for our first monthly session alternating between a healthy cooking workshop and creative art session, and a picnic. Humble Happiness Hub will provide a safe space for people to learn about affordable healthy eating and connect with others through storytelling and creativity. Everyone is welcome: you don’t have to be good at cooking or art!

Our first session will focus on mindful arts. Learn all about mindfulness and its wellbeing benefits with gentle mindfulness exercises alongside mindful art activities. This session with be delivered by Rosetta Arts’ CEO, Sanaz Amidi, who is passionate about harnessing the power of the arts, artists and communities.

Following the session, we will have a picnic at our Humble Gallery. Book your space now and join us in the fun!

About the Humble Happiness Hub

Get to know your neighbours and try out something creative at our free Humble Happiness Hub. Every month we are inviting local residents to join our community lunch and art taster sessions. Whoever you are, and whatever your background, you are warmly invited to prepare and enjoy healthy vegetarian food and have a go at a creative workshop. You don’t need to know about art or cooking: just be you and we’ll do the rest!
