Calling women in east London who are interested in art and wellbeing.
The Community Health and Wellness Project is a free termly course forging the principles of creativity with nutrition, fitness and wellness specially designed for women in the local area. The offering includes yoga, local walks, the chance to learn about the basics of nutrition, and creative workshops.
It is led by the Humble Gallery at Rosetta Arts.
Programme of events:
- Thursday 13 June 11-1pm: Free art workshop led by coco c of recent exhibition PROJECT 13.
- Thursday 20 June: The Golden Thread
- Thursday 27 June: The Golden Thread
- Thursday 4 July: Local Walk to Cody Dock
