We have a new course beginning on 24th January 2019, designed especially for women, covering nutrition, art and physical exercise.
Over 18 weeks, you will be introduced to the basic principles of nutrition including: art & food (historical context), an introduction to healthy eating principles, healthy food preparation, cultural exchange which combines discussion with a taster session of foods from around the world and how to eat healthily on a budget.
Dates: Thursdays, 11-1pm, starting 24th January 2019
