This June, for one week, we’ll be campaigning to raise funds for our Art Superstars! Programme where we run free creative activities for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities who live in the deprived neighbourhoods of Newham. We’ve run these classes in previous years, they were really popular and remain in high demand. Our participants and their parents loved it, we want to be able to offer these again but we need to raise the funds to get it running.
We’re running this one-week fundraising campaign through The Big Give and The Childhood Trust which means that every donation we receive will be matched. Your donation will mean double what you can contribute so any support big or small would be highly appreciated. If you donate £5, we’ll receive £10, if you donate £50, we’ll receive £100! And every penny raised will go to making sure children with Special Education Needs in Newham get a chance to express their creative side.
To put it into perspective…
It costs us £15 each to provide each child with an art kit – so if you donate £7.50 to us today, you’ll be funding a whole art kit for an Art Superstars! Student. OR if you donate £30, you’ll be funding FOUR art kits for four students! Now more than ever, your donation can have a real impact.
