Weaving the Threads of Refugee Entrepreneurs Exhibition

This is a continuation of the Decolonising Fashion and Textiles: Design for Cultural Sustainability with Refugee Communities project, delivered in partnership with the London College of Fashion. The second series, Weaving The Threads of Refugee Entrepreneurs welcomed a cohort of local refugees and asylum seekers in textile-making workshops funded by Welcome Newham.

Some works are for sale, and all profits will go to the designers and makers of the work.

The WTRE exhibition is on until the 10th of July.

Rosetta Presents: Motion and Mindfulness

Join us for an evening of life drawing, dance and mindfulness. Led by Amy-Rose Holland with dancer Parwinder Kaur, we will explore drawing techniques to capture motion and practice mindfulness.

Art & Movement Workshop

English National Ballet and Rosetta Arts blend together the mediums of art and dance in this unique workshop experience with Visual Artist Heidi Wigmore and ENB Associate Dance Artist Kate Hartley-Stevens accompanied by live music.

South Asian Heritage Month Community Call Out

18 July until 17 August

Rosetta Arts will celebrate Newham’s rich South Asian culture by hosting a festival in August! If you have any skills you’d like to share with the community at this event, please get in touch.

In addition to our callout for Artists and Organisations that would want to share or showcase their Heritage Skills, we are also looking for people interested in volunteering, helping shape the event, and ideas to make this celebration vibrant.

Mosaic Classes

Our popular Art Stars class started on June 5th!

June 5 – July 24, Wednesdays 5-6.30pm

For budding artists aged 8-12, we’ll explore various techniques and mediums to get creative and inspired!

Classes are currently at full capacity.
