Amber Perrier

Amber is an artist and Rosetta Arts Alumni.

Brought up and studied locally in Newham, she came across Rosetta Arts at 16 and joined the programme “Young Newham Artists” which involved learning about the arts industry and hte
History of Art as well as being commissioned by Sisk Contractors who were constructing Rathbone Market.

Following her completion in Fine Art at University of East London, Amber volunteered for 6 months at Rosetta Arts before applying for her traineeship and working as a Community Engagement Officer at The British Library.

While working in Community Engagement, Amber has continued her paintings and illustrations, winning the Notting Hill Carnival T-shirt competition and taking part in art exhibitions with UEL’s alumni.

Amber’s artwork involves structures of London’s city skylines using inks and watercolour alongside illustrations of little people.
