Beryl Murray

Student Ambassador

Beryl was a dressmaker for many years, working on costumes and attire for the James Bond films. Beryl joined Rosetta in 2006 to pursue her ambition to learn painting and after completing courses up to Level 3 in Painting, she joined Rosetta’s Professional Development Programme to develop her practice as a resident artist. In 2013, she and other ambassadors founded the professional development peer group, The Vision Artists Group. Together they have put on a number of exhibitions, events and workshops in Newham and across London, including a group show at The Crypt in St Martin’s Lane.
