Felicity Ndebele is a Human Resources and Organisational Culture specialist at Willis Towers Watson (WTW). She is passionate about addressing systemic inequalities and fostering inclusive environments. Felicity has extensive experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), executive coaching, and risk management from her previous roles at Vodafone, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of Ireland. She is a school governor, a free (wo)man of the city and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, dedicated to supporting marginalised communities and promoting diversity in the arts.
