Matthew is a capital markets partner in the London office of the international law firm as well a frequent speaker and writer on legal issues. Matthew has significant work experience in Europe, Asia and the United States, and undertakes a wide range of pro bono legal representation. Matthew is also a member of the editorial advisory board of The Lexis Practice Advisor Journal.
