On 2 August in 2014 a lively mix of staff, learners, supporters, partners and artists who were all closely connected to Rosetta Arts, participated in an away day at Debden House to think about the future of Rosetta. The days activities were developed by artist Poppy Szaybo who has previously worked with Rosetta in an artistic practitioner capacity and was facilitated by Tim Simms.
The day bought together key stakeholders to consider how to begin positioning ourselves within the wider art world. Through team building exercises and creative workshop planning and discussion, we decided upon key values that were used to build upon and instigate significant change. We also strategised ways to expand our creative offering through a workshop about environmental and land art.
