Rosetta Mindful Arts

Mindful Arts is our tailor-made wellness programme for the workplace.

We work with companies, museums, marketing agencies, educational institutions and not-for-profit organisations to bring creative mindfulness programmes to benefit co-workers.

What does mindful arts involve?

Our programme integrates the principles of mindfulness with explorations into the visual art practices and techniques of predominantly BAME artists (black, Asian and minority ethnic, used in the UK to refer to people who are not white, source: Institute of Race Relations.) This distinct pairing is specially designed to promote wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

By cultivating calm and relaxing environments, Rosetta Mindful Arts enriches the lives of individuals, co-workers and communities.

Our approach to teaching mindfulness and art in these environments is informed by a rigorous set of key performance indicators we have been continuously developing for the past 25 years with organisations such as Arts Council England and Aspers. Most recently we have collaborated with therapists from the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre

We also develop bespoke programmes to meet the specific needs of a particular team or project.

It is a good chance to know colleagues better and disconnect from the day to day stress.

It’s helpful and relaxing. We need to take our mind off work, so this is a good way to do it
