If you are an Artist based in Plaistow or Green Street, this exciting opportunity is for you!
Artists from Plaistow and Green Street neighbourhoods are invited to submit their works for a group exhibition exploring the theme of UNITY. The exhibition is taking place at Tower Gallery as part of Newham Unlocked 2021. Artists are encouraged to also pitch their ideas for workshops (in person and online) for local communities that could help the audience to engage with artist’s practice and reflect on the importance of unity and community.
Ready to apply?
Please send us images of your existing works that you would like to exhibit with us with a description of the works and how it explores the theme of Unity, a link to your website or portfolio and a short proposal of the workshop for the local community. Email the application to kamila@rosettaarts.org by 20th August 2021.
Please note that we prioritise submissions from artists living in Plaistow & Green Street with existing works but artists from Newham can apply.
Selected artists will get paid for hosting their workshops.
