Creative Wellbeing Producer

We are hiring!

Could you be our new Creative Wellbeing Producer?

THE ROLE:
Culture has a significant impact on physical and mental health and wellbeing. Through a multitude of organisations, practitioners, artists, creative health workers, social prescribers, allied health professionals, ICS systems and more, we see health and culture working together to address health needs.
However, for too many people in Newham and across East London, these activities are out of reach.
Rosetta Arts is therefore recruiting for a highly motivated, passionate and experienced project manager/producer/community activator to join its small and busy team, and bring positive vibes to our treasured organisational culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will be responsible for beginning-to-end planning, including fundraising, delivery and evaluation. We have funding in place for some projects for 2023/24, but the post holder will have the specific sector knowledge, skills and networks to secure funding for further projects and to draw up plans for how to achieve this.
The Creative Wellbeing Producer will be expected to work proactively on multiple local, national/ international projects and activities and is required to build excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders, from artist educators to partners and funders.
They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are running as promised and that evaluation and monitoring requirements are met.

If this role sounds like something you are excited about, please make yourself known to us. We are very keen to meet individuals from all creative disciplines, backgrounds and corners of the world (or good old East London.) We know how much work a job application is, and we want to say thank you for that in advance. We very much hope to meet you in-person.
