“I’m more willing to apply for producer roles now … I feel I could apply for those jobs  whereas I didn’t really feel like that before”

“I believe I am a Cultural Producer now, so I act like one”

All host organisations said they benefitted from hosting a Cultural Producer and said they would work with their trainee again.

“I cannot express enough how delighted we have been with this placement and how impressed we have been with this programme … it has been a thoroughly rewarding
experience and worthwhile as a host”
