Thinking about pottery? Our pottery classes teach you the fundamentals and give you the basic skills to get creative with the vessel you choose to make. Craft a vase for your partner, a bowl for your mum or sculpt a piece of art for your coffee table. Join at entry level in the daytime or evening, or join at Level 1/2 Award.
Are you the best dressed at every party? Excited for your next OOTD? Put that passion into practice with Rosetta Arts and Caramel Rock. Why not try a BTEC qualification in Art & Design? Understand tailoring, pattern cutting and sewing skills to develop and produce your very own fashion designs.
Or immerse yourself in the world of Middle-Eastern Art and join the Rosetta Arts Adult course in September! This unique course explores some of the rich and varied forms of Middle-Eastern art. Learn essential design principles that inform the art of calligraphy mark-making and then apply these to create your very own pieces.
How about a course in textile arts & crafts? We have a FREE one-off 7-week project running from Sept 15th, open to all adults. Traces: Stories of Migration is a community arts project led by artist researcher Lucy Orta, exploring community migration stories from across the East London. You’ll be encouraged to share stories and memories, learn new craft skills and make textile artworks. The work created will be exhibited in public exhibitions in 2023, at the Nunnery Gallery and at London College of Fashion’s new building on the Olympic Park.
Have you mastered the mirror selfie? Expert at capturing your delicious dinners on camera? If you’re curious about where some expert photography knowledge could take you then sign up to Rosetta Arts photography classes! You’ll learn how to capture the perfect portrait, landscape or subject as well as learning about photography tools like photoshop and a dark room!
Do you enjoy messing around with paints or pencils at home? Why not take it to the next level with Rosetta this autumn. Our painting and drawing classes explore and experiment with perspective, shapes and shadow, using pencil, pen, ink, charcoal, coloured pencils, pastels and chalk. So that you can learn all the different ways you can create art on paper. Join at beginners level or Entry Level 1/2 Award.
