Newham Pledge Accreditation Signatory Status

We are delighted that Newham Council have accredited us with signatory status on Our Newham Pledge! We are immensely grateful for their commitment and support, helping us make Newham a better place to work, live, and get creative!

Improve your skills with outdoor, nature and landscape photography with experienced photographer Hajia Dahiru in this two part workshop. If you have a digital SLR camera, bring it along, or if not just bring a compact digital camera or just your phone! Suitable for complete beginners 16+

As part of our Windrush series, join artist Davinia Clarke for a workshop about identity, family and migration.

Davinia’s practice is driven by ethnography and social science through the documentation of intimate relationships in her work. Her work aims to encourage creativity, empower and educate herself and others.

The 22nd of June marked the 75th anniversary of the symbolic journey of the Empire Windrush from Jamaica to London, and we were proud to mark the occasion with a rehang of the Women of Windrush exhibition, curated by Trisha McCauley with photographs by Bethany Peters.

August 21 & 29| Creative Nature children’s workshops

Explore the wonders of nature through art!
In this engaging session, they’ll create seed paper rosettes using eco-friendly materials and learn about the magic of seeds and plant life. Next, they’ll use colorful flowers and leaves, mastering the art of flower pounding to design their own unique tote bags. This hands-on experience fosters a deep connection with nature while inspiring creativity and a sense of responsibility for our planet. At the end of the workshop, each child will proudly take home their creations, infused with the beauty and significance of the natural world.
