About The Role
As Senior Youth Producer, you will be responsible for beginning-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of Rosetta’s Thrive programme as well as overseeing smaller-scale youth projects at Rosetta.
As Senior Youth Producer, you will be expected to work proactively and be required to build excellent communications with multiple stakeholders, from artist educators to partners and funders.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is running as promised and that evaluation and monitoring requirements are met.
The contract is for a total of 18 months (assuming a May 2026 start), with working days/hours to be flexibly allocated as the programme demands. (In key periods of the programme, such as the initial planning and recruitment phase and the end project, this may mean an equivalent of 5 days per week. In quiet periods, it may be the equivalent of 2 or 3 days per week.)
