Representation

We know that representation within this very diverse borough (and often inequitable sector) is absolutely key. We strive to work with artist facilitators, freelancers, trustees and core staff with a wide range of lived experiences, and who are representative of the rich diversity of Newham.
Currently our core staff make up is: 71% female or non-binary, 57% global majority, 71% local or based in East London historically.
And trustees: 73% female or non-binary, 45% global majority, 55% local or based in East London historically
