We are deeply saddened to announce that Rosetta Arts' founder Yvonne Humble passed away on 19 January 2020.
We will be holding a memorial to mark her significant contributions to Rosetta’s work over the past 27 years, her extraordinary vision for art education, community empowerment and talent development. She inspired (and challenged!) so many of us.
We are very proud that those teaching and nurturing values are still rooted in everything we do, underpinning the development of a talent pipeline that has nothing to do with class, ethnicity, gender or disability, but everything to do with local talent.
The memorial will be held in our gallery, which was named and opened on 10th July 2015 in honour of Yvonne called The Humble Gallery.
