Loved & Wanted
Rosetta Arts is proud to be Newham's only Loved & Wanted space — a welcoming creative hub where everyone belongs. Loved & Wanted is a London-wide programme, commissioned by the Mayor of London and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the Greater London Authority (GLA). It supports community spaces across the city to bring people together, build connections, and help Londoners feel truly at home.
What Is This Project?
Over two years, we are running a programme of free and low-cost creative activities, designed with our community not just for them. Every event, workshop and gathering is shaped by the people of Newham, celebrating the borough's incredible mix of cultures, languages and stories.
We want everyone who comes through our doors to feel seen, heard and valued especially those who have faced barriers to taking part in the arts before.
Who Is This For?
Everyone. We especially want to reach people who may not have felt welcome in arts spaces before, including:
Families and people on low incomes
Newly arrived Londoners, refugees and asylum seekers
People from communities that are underrepresented in the arts
Disabled and neurodivergent people
Older adults, young people, and everyone in between
We offer free activities, travel bursaries, multilingual support, and accessible spaces to make sure that cost, language or mobility are never a barrier.
